How We Use Data
We use data to provide readings, secure your account, process subscriptions, send requested emails, improve product quality, and monitor reliability and conversion performance.
Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. SoulPath does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We store limited billing metadata required for subscription access management.
Email Communications
We send onboarding, service, and subscription-related emails through Resend. You can unsubscribe from marketing content at any time. Transactional messages may still be sent when needed for account and billing operations.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (billing), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Resend (email delivery).
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for session security and optional analytics cookies for traffic measurement. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner.
Your Rights
You can request account deletion, request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct inaccurate information. California residents may request disclosure and deletion rights under CCPA, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery, compliance, and abuse prevention. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
